What is scheduler?
Scheduler is a software application with witch you can start/stop other programs
on your computer in the case of broad range of conditions. Thanks to the
component based design of the application, it’s very easy to extend the
capabilities even by third parties.
System requirements:

Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 Runtime libraries.
• This version is mainly tested on Windows XP and Windows 2000, but it’s not
impossible to run on earlier versions of Windows.
This computer program is donation ware.
It means that you can use it free of charge. There are no nagging screens and
there are no time or feature limitations.
If you feel, the author of this software application deserved appreciation, you have the following options:
• I’m thankful for any kind of help, which keeps this project alive. Some
